This 6 day, 5 night Tanzania Safari will take you to the Tarangire National park, home of the Elephants and then to Lake Manyara National Park where you will see flocks of pink flamingos and may even spot a tree-climbing lion or two. From there you will have a half day game drive at the World Heritage Site, the Ngorongoro Crater before heading to the famous Serengeti National Park. You will have two full days and one half day touring the wild Serengeti, home of the great migration and the Big Five.

Day 1: Arrival Day

After you arrive at the Kilimanjaro International Airport and making your way through customs, you will be greeted by your transfer team who will transport you to your overnight accommodations at the Chanya Lodge.

Day 2 Safari: Moshi to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, you will be picked up from your lodge and driven to Tarangire National Park, home of the elephants for a full day game drive. From Moshi to the park it will take us approximately 3-4 hours. Tonight you will spend the night inside the park at Tarangire Safari Lodge.

Day 3 Safari: Tarangire to Lake Manyara National Park

After enjoying an early breakfast we will drive to Lake Manyara National Park and enter through the South Gate. Here you will have a chance to see many different species of wildlife, including large flocks of pink flamingos and possibly even a couple of tree-climbing lions. Tonite you will spend the night at the Farm of Dreams Lodge.

Day 4 Safari: Lake Manyara to Ngorongoro Crater to Serengeti National Park

After an early breakfast, we will drive to Ngorongoro Crater, a World Heritage Site, for a half day tour. The crater is the world's largest intact caldera. At its base, the crater walls offer a dramatic backdrop and an abundance of wildlife. After your tour and game drive, we will head to the Serengeti National Park for overnight at the Osinon Camps & Lodges or Serengeti Heritage Camps. (Accommodations dependent on availability at the time of booking)

Day 5 Safari: Full Day at Serengeti National Park

Today you will enjoy a full day at the Serengeti National Park. You will have a choice to start early in the morning to have a chance to spot some wildlife at sun rise, if the weather is good. The Serengeti is home to the Big Five. You will have the chance to see them in their habitat during this full day game drive. Tonite you will spend the night back at the Osinon Camps & Lodges or Serengeti Heritage Camp.

Day 6 Safari: Serengeti Full Day

Today you will have a choice to go for an early morning game drive and then back to camp for a hot lunch or a full day game drive with a box lunch. The choice is yours. You will spend your last Safari night at Osinon Camps & Lodges or Serengeti Heritage Camps.

Day 7 Safari: Serengeti to Moshi

Today you will spend your morning in the Serengeti before packing up and heading back to the Chanya Lodge in Moshi or to the Kilimanjaro International Airport, depending on your personal itinerary.
