Icram S.
Icram just recently turned 5 years old and finished his first year of primary school with the second highest grades out of 26 children, with the help of funding through Dealers of Hope Foundation, in spite of missing countless days because of hospitalization.
Icram is the youngest of 4 children, born to a single mom, who was poorly educated due to poverty. His brothers and sister are currently sponsored by another local program and are attending boarding school. Icram can not attend boarding school (boarding school is a part of the culture in Tanzania) due to severe respiratory illnesses and frequent hospitalizations.
Thanks to Dealers of Hope Sponsors, Icram just received paid tuition for the next year of schooling. He is still desperately in need of a sponsor for health care insurance. Here that cost is equivalent to approximately $200/year. If you are interested in sponsoring him directly, please contact us by using the form below.
